n collaboration with a leading chemical manufacturer in Ambernath, we successfully delivered an approximately 8,000 sq ft QC Lab and office space, designed by Arena Consultants and executed by SbyD. This project was developed with precision and attention to detail, featuring Application, Analytical, and Microbiology Labs equipped with state-of-the-art LabGuard fume hoods. Our goal was to create a facility that meets the highest standards of safety and functionality, tailored to the specific needs of quality control processes in the chemical industry.

Our turnkey execution covered every aspect of the project, from Civil Interior work to the installation of electrical systems, HVAC, security systems, and cleanroom partitions. The integration of gas piping and utilities was meticulously planned to ensure seamless operation across the lab spaces. We also installed LabGuard lab furniture and 14 LabGuard fume hoods, providing the client with a fully functional, ready-to-use facility that supports rigorous testing and analysis.
Beyond the lab spaces, we extended our expertise to the office areas, ensuring a cohesive and efficient workspace that complements the high-tech lab environment. The office interiors were designed with a focus on functionality and comfort, covering essential areas like passageways, meeting rooms, and breakout spaces. The result is a comprehensive facility that not only supports the technical requirements of quality control but also fosters a productive and collaborative work environment.
