We recently completed a turnkey project for a specialty chemical manufacturer in Juinagar, Navi Mumbai, delivering a 9,100 sq ft state-of-the-art R&D lab facility. Our role encompassed the full spectrum of Lab Design & Build services, including civil interior work and the installation of comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. We meticulously integrated lab furniture tailored to the specific needs of the research processes. The lab is equipped with advanced Eká Fume Hoods, which were carefully chosen to enhance safety and efficiency, setting a new benchmark for research environments in this sector.
In addition to the lab itself, we extended our expertise to the design and construction of the office interiors. This included key areas such as passageways, the conference room, breakout areas, and the pantry, all of which were crafted with a focus on creating a cohesive and productive workspace. The result is a facility that not only supports high-level research but also provides an optimal environment for collaboration and operational excellence.
